HOW TO WRITE
YOUR OWN WILL

This book, authored by attorney William M. Funk (JD), who has more than 30 years of experience, is an easy-to-follow practical resource for those who wish to draft their own Will. You’ll learn how to avoid common mistakes that people often make when creating their own wills. You will also receive guidance on when and how to draft trusts in conjunction with your Wills.

Over half of Americans don’t have a current Will, and without one, the courts decide how your estate will be handled. This guide helps you take control of the situation, walking you through the process in a way that’s clear and easy to follow, no legal knowledge needed. A template provides guidance for drafting a legally valid Will in all fifty states.

About the Author

William M. Funk, JD

William M. Funk is an attorney who has focused on estate planning, Wills, and Asset Protection for more than 30 years. He was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 1994 and has been privileged to work with clients across many states, including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arizona, in assisting them with protecting their assets and establishing effective Estate Plans.

After seeing how much people were charged for basic Wills and estate planning, Mr. Funk felt there had to be a better way. That’s why he wrote this book. His goal is to help everyday people create their own Wills at a fraction of the cost required by most law firms.  For most people, this process does not require an attorney. His book, How to Write Your Own Will, shares the knowledge and experience he’s gained over the years to simplify estate planning for everyone.
